Information on Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits is constantly evolving. To find the most up-to-date information on Arizona Unemployment benefit programs, visit this page. If clients have questions about the UI programs, please direct them to call the UI call center at (877) 766-8477 or visit www.azui.com. UI staff are not stationed in DES or local area offices and can only be reached by calling the call center.
