Talent Acquisition Assistance - Navigator Program
The Arizona Commerce Authority offers no-cost talent acquisition assistance to companies moving to or expanding in Arizona. In fact, Arizona is one of the few states to assist in the navigation of federal workforce programs as well as building strategic partnerships between your company and vital community organizations.
Quality Jobs Tax Credit
The primary goal of the Quality Jobs tax credit is to encourage business investment and the creation of high-quality employment opportunities in the state. Quality Jobs accomplishes this goal by providing tax credits to employers creating a minimum number of net new quality jobs and making a minimum capital investment in Arizona.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
Through the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Program, employers have the opportunity to earn a federal tax credit between $1,200 and $9,600 per employee. This tax credit is dependent upon the new employee qualifying as a member of one of the specific target groups and working a minimum of 120 hours in their first year.
