Maricopa County's Smart Justice Program is designed to help those with criminal justice backgrounds find employment and pursue rewarding career opportunities. Smart Justice provides:

Apprenticeships
One-on-one career guidance
Resume support and interview training
Job leads & connection to employers
Occupational skills training
Computer access
