Developing a Skilled Talent Pipeline
Delivering skills and training that works. ARIZONA@WORK connects your company with training programs your employees require.
- Apprenticeships: Assist qualified workers with training costs, and businesses can develop their own talent pipeline through Registered Apprenticeships. For more information, please contact us at [email protected]
- Work Readiness: An intensive curriculum of career-search workshops that utilize employer feedback and maintain a business focus.
- Occupational Skills Training: Qualified candidates in the most in-demand occupations may be eligible for funding to cover the cost of training.
- Youth Employment: Arizona’s youth employment laws ( A.R.S. § 23-230 et seq.) establish the hours youths can work and prohibit certain occupations in which they can be employed.

Services are customized to the needs of the business and include layoff aversion, pre-layoff assistance, direct connection to other comparable businesses, targeted hiring events, and other specialized services.
