Vision Statement

The vision of the Yuma County Workforce Development Board is to serve as a strategic leader and convener of local workforce development system stakeholders.  The Yuma County Workforce Development Board partners with employers and the workforce development system to develop policies and investments to support workforce systems and support regional sector partnerships, career pathways, and high quality, customer-centered service delivery and services delivery approaches.
