  • Save searches and resumes.
  • Receive email updates on new resumes.
  • Manage your company profile.

Our state-wide job posting website, Arizona Job Connections, has thousands of active job candidates. The posting process is easy, just complete the attached job order form and email it to [email protected] along with your job description and our team will create your posting and provide the following additional services:

  • Our team will send the posts to a network of workforce development partner agencies and education providers, increasing the awareness of your organization’s need.
  • Promotion of openings at the ARIZONA@WORK job centers.

Our team will assist your recruiting team with the creation of customized recruiting events and information sessions that assist your company in finding the most qualified candidates.  Recruiting events can be held at your facility or at the City of Phoenix Business and Workforce Development Center meeting space located in downtown Phoenix.
