To assist in your recruiting efforts, the City of Phoenix provides a scalable recruiting approach comprised of three approaches for job posting, job search, and recruiting events.

LEVEL 1: JOB POSTING

Unlike many other online job posting sites, creating an employer account is free and provides your organization the ability to:

  • Post job openings.
  • Save searches and resumes.
  • Receive email updates on new resumes.
  • Manage your company profile.

Our state-wide job posting website, Arizona Job Connections, has thousands of active job candidates. The posting process is easy, just complete the attached job order form and email it to [email protected] along with your job description and our team will create your posting and provide the following additional services:

  • Our team will send the posts to a network of workforce development partner agencies and education providers, increasing the awareness of your organization’s need.
  • Promotion of openings at the ARIZONA@WORK job centers.

LEVEL 2: PRE-SCREENING SERVICES

Whether your organization has a small number of new hires needed or are hiring hundreds of new team members, our team can come along side your recruiting team to create a unique experience that includes the level one promotion of open positions as well as searching Arizona Job Connections for candidates that best match your need by pre-screening resumes and candidates via phone screening.

LEVEL 3: RECRUITMENT EVENTS

ARIZONA@WORK offers two types of recruiting events, multi-company and custom single company events. For a list of current multi-company recruiting events, go to www.ARIZONAATWORK.com/events where a calendar of the statewide events are listed.
Our team will assist your recruiting team with the creation of customized recruiting events and information sessions that assist your company in finding the most qualified candidates.  Recruiting events can be held at your facility or at the City of Phoenix Business and Workforce Development Center meeting space located in downtown Phoenix.
