LG Energy Solution - Hiring Event

ARIZONA@WORK is hosting a hiring event for LG Energy Solution on June 22, 2026.

LG Energy Solution has expanded to the West Valley and is now hiring. They are recruiting for Crew Leads and Machine Operators to join their growing team. Attend this event to meet with the hiring managers. Apply online and be ready to interview on-site.

Shift Schedule:

• Day shift: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Crew Lead: $30/hr; Machine Operator: $23/hr)                                                
• Night shift*: 8 p.m. – 8 a.m. (Crew Lead: $33/hr; Machine Operator: $25/hr)
  • *Employees working the night shift receive a 10% shift premium.

Work three days one week and four days the following week on a rotating basis. There are no shift changes required to work weekends on an alternating basis, resulting in at least one weekend shift every other week.
