The Arizona Tribal Workforce Development Board (ATWDB) intends to submit a waiver request to the U.S. Department of Labor. The proposed waiver is available for public comment through June 30, 2026. Public comments may be submitted to Connie Fraijo via email at [email protected].

Following the public comment period, the ATWDB will review all submitted comments and take formal action to approve the waiver request. Once approved, the waiver will be submitted to the Governor’s Workforce Arizona Council, for review and approval. After the final waiver request will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Labor for consideration.
