  • Employment Academy: An intensive curriculum of career-search workshops that utilize employer feedback and maintain a business focus.
  • Occupational Skills Training: Qualified candidates in the most in-demand occupations may be eligible for funding to cover the cost of training.

    For businesses that anticipate downsizing or restructuring, ARIZONA@WORK Rapid Response Services can help meet the needs of companies and employees. Services are customized to the needs of the business and include layoff aversion, pre-layoff assistance, direct connection to other comparable businesses, targeted hiring events, and other specialized services.
