The Workforce Arizona Convening is a bi-annual opportunity to celebrate the work of the local boards, participate in valuable professional development training and network with workforce leaders throughout Arizona.

Awards

Innovation Award

The Innovation award recognizes individuals, groups, and organizations for extraordinary innovation that directly or indirectly impacts systems, customers, or professionals within the workforce system. Contributions can take many forms and may include a significant role in the implementation and effective delivery of a highly innovative idea or system

Collaboration Award

The Collaboration award recognizes individuals, groups, and organizations for collaboration efforts that directly or indirectly impact systems, customers, or professionals within the workforce system.  Collaboration could include, many organizations working together to implement a project or to create a significant difference in a process or going far above and beyond the regular dues of the job effectively impacting the delivery of services.

Local Board Impact Award

The Local Board Impact award recognizes local boards who have made significant impacts within their community towards building the skills and abilities of Arizonans to meet the workforce needs of employers.
