Colleen Maring

Colleen Maring is Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Chief People Officer, leading the organization’s Human Resources, Education, Communications, and Community Relations teams and functions.  A non-profit healthcare organization, NAH is the region’s largest health system, supporting the entire northern half of the State of Arizona and all of its rural and tribal communities, and is also one of the area’s largest employers and a primary clinical training site for students in health professions.  Colleen serves as the executive spearheading NAH’s work to fulfill Strategic Imperative 1.0 of the its 2030 Strategic Plan: Put Our People and Community First.  Colleen believes that by investing in and growing relationships with the people and communities NAH serves, both inside and outside the walls of its hospitals, clinics, and facilities, NAH will even more effectively fulfill its mission of ‘Improving Health, Healing People’ across all of northern Arizona.
