Carolyn Kidd

Simply Beautiful Enterprises is dedicated to promoting youth education and literacy through a range of programs, including Youth Basic and Secondary Education, English as a Second Language, Family Literacy, Skills Development, and Workforce Development. Their mission is to support undereducated and/or disadvantaged youth in becoming successful, independent individuals. The organization provides leadership in advancing youth education as part of lifelong learning by unifying professionals in the field, developing human capital, encouraging and applying research, engaging with the public, and fostering continuous growth in youth education and literacy. Carolyn has dedicated her career to youth and adult education, professional growth, and promoting effective leadership within organizations. A proud alumna of the University of Phoenix, Carolyn earned her BSc. in Management in 2014, her MBA in 2016, and currently on track to complete her Doctorate in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Certified by True Colors International, she is known for fostering inclusive, collaborative environments and building strong community partnerships. Carolyn serves in multiple leadership roles across civic and educational organizations in Arizona, including President Elect for Adult Association of Longlife Learning (AALL). Passionate about people-centric leadership, mentorship, and social responsibility, Carolyn draws inspiration from Nelson Mandela’s values of unity, truth, sacrifice, learning, and positivity, and is a respected and inspirational voice in her community.
